What each sector says
Facing star 5 Yellow — The Five Yellow (Wu Wang) — misfortune, disaster, accidents and obstacles. The most feared star.
Facing star 9 Purple — The reigning prosperity star of Period 9 (2024–2043) — celebration, future wealth, and fulfilment. Strong future prosperity in Period 9 — a superb place for the main door or living area.
Facing star 7 Red — Robbery, violence, betrayal and deception — timely in Period 7, now a problem star.
Facing star 6 White — Authority, mentors, and windfalls through power or heaven — the Heaven star.
Facing star 2 Black — The illness star — sickness, worry, and slow decline, especially in a bedroom or kitchen.
Facing star 1 White — Career, wisdom, new opportunities and scholarly recognition. A future-timely star in Period 9. Money plus clear thinking; excellent for an office or study.

Flying Stars is computed with the standard San Yuan Xuan Kong method: the period (earth) base chart flown forward, then the mountain (sitting) and water (facing) stars derived and flown forward or reverse by the yin/yang of the reference sub-mountain. By default the middle 15° sub-mountain of your chosen facing is used; you can pick the early or late sub-mountain if you know your exact facing degrees, which can change the chart. Star natures are read for the current Period 9 (2024–2043). Where a building sits exactly on a 5-in-centre chart, the replacement-star convention genuinely differs between masters — the one used here is the reference-mountain polarity, and it is flagged where it applies. This is a computed reflection tool, not a substitute for an on-site consultation.
