BaZi — Four Pillars
Your birth chart in the Chinese system: four pillars of Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches, your Day Master element, and which of the five elements your chart favours.
Your Four Pillars use the true Chinese solar calendar: the year turns at Li Chun (about Feb 4) and each month at its major solar term (computed from the Sun's actual position), so this is more precise than a simple zodiac-year lookup. The day pillar uses the continuous sexagenary day-count. Two honest caveats: BaZi's day begins at the 23:00 zi hour, so a birth between 23:00 and midnight can belong to the next day's pillar in the 'late zi' convention (we use local midnight — check this if you were born in that hour); and the strong/weak Day-Master reading here is a simplified elemental count, whereas a full 'useful god' analysis weighs season, roots, and combinations. Treat the favourable elements as a starting direction for colours and cures, not a verdict.
